- Cancellations made before this period will not be charged for and a refund of any deposit taken shall be returned to the customer.
- Cancellations made within five days of arrival or on the day will result in a full charge if the room can not be re-let. Subsequently all other nights reserved will
be cancelled and the room(s) re-let. Failure to arrive without notification is furthermore included within this category.
The Riverside does not take any responsibility
for cancellation charges resulting out of reservations
which were made "by mistake" or due to the incorrect dates
or information being given.
Should a reservation need to be cancelled due to external factors (e.g. cancelled flights, delayed trains) we advise customers to consult their travel insurance for reinbursement of any cancellation fees.
Our reservations and enquiries desk is open from 8.00am

Please note that a deposit is required to secure all
reservations. All reservations made are on the basis of
five days minimum cancellation. A full cancellation policy
is available from the Hotel.
The Tariff prices were correct
at the time of the last website update, however The Riverside reserves the right to change the tariff charges
at anytime.
The Riverside has the right to change or withdraw Special Offers at any time and without notice. All special offers are subject to availability and fair usage.
